When will my frame be delivered?
Once we have received the order we will start making the frame (please allow 3 working days for this part of the process). Once made we will then pass it on to Royal Mail for delivery. We will then email the recipient with the Royal Mail tracking reference number (this lets you know if you've missed the postie as they sometimes don’t leave a card anymore). Royal Mail delivery aim is within 3 working days.
How do I send someone an E Gift Card?
Visit our website and view the Gift Card Page. Then simply select the quantity, enter the recipient's email and name (who the E Gift Card is for) and click pay. The E Gift Card recipient then gets an email with the subject line, "You just got a gift card from Joe Blogs" (with the relevant name). Their unique E Gift Card code appears in the email.
How do I redeem an E Gift Card?
Head over to our website and find the frame you want to purchase. During payment, select the Redeem an E Gift Card option and enter your unique gift card code that was sent in your email.
Do you do frames landscape?
Unfortunately not
Do you do frames in any other size?
Unfortunately not
Do you do commissions?
Unfortunately we don't. This is due to us being a small business (husband and wife) and we just don't have the time. We do however don't mind suggestions and if enough people ask for the same theme (eg Supernatural TV show) then when we have time we will see if it's possible.
Do you post outside the UK?
Unfortunately we don't. This is due to the cost, time and paperwork it takes to send overseas. We send all our post with Royal mail so we can deliver anywhere in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
